2013 HISTORIC DOUGLAS COUNTY CALENDAR
Historic Douglas County’s calendar for 2013 celebrates the unique, innovative women that influenced and significantly contributed to the development of Douglas County, Colorado. The depicted historic women of the nineteenth and early twentieth century provided solid, intelligent insight, stalwart character and resilience that molded both Douglas County’s society and the successful economic achievement of the County.

Each month of this collectable calendar features a woman and a synopsis of her individual accomplishments and contributions to the growth of Douglas County. From hotel operators to teachers, from firefighters to foresters, from an sheriff’s active wife to preservationists, and from revered family matriarchs to a lady that developed a multi-million dollar cattle operation …the women recognized by this calendar seemed to do it all.

You can receive one calendar or up to four calendars by using your PayPal and following the ordering instructions below. Each calendar is $6.50 ($5.00 for the calendar and $1.50 for handling and shipping).


If you wish for more than four calendars, please contact the Historic Douglas County Storekeeper with your name, address and contact information. The Storekeeper will contact you about your needs and may be able to make custom pricing arrangements.
