HISTORIC DOUGLAS COUNTY, INC. GENERAL MEETING & ELECTION

Dear Members and Friends,

The 2011 Annual Meeting of Historic Douglas County, Inc. is scheduled for October 12, 2011 at 6:30 PM.  The meeting will be held at the Phillip S. Miller Library, 100 South Wilcox St., Castle Rock, Colorado.  All members and friends are encouraged to attend this meeting.

Larry Schlupp will give his Power point presentation of Douglas County history.  This presentation covers the history of the County in a very unique way.

Items on the agenda will include election of Board officers, calendar sponsorship program and HDC co-hosting Open Space Day at Prairie Canyon Ranch in 2012.

Three of the five Board positions are open for election: 

Vice President
Secretary
Assistant Secretary/Treasurer

Each elected officer will serve from January 1, 2012 until December 31, 2014.  If you are interested in applying for one of these positions, please print, complete and email or mail the Application.  Please return the completed application to Mary O’Pry at maryopry@aol.com or Historic Douglas County, Inc., P.
